Saturday, 06.28.08, My dear friend Bunmi, her husband Mike and their son Tristyn came over. Tristyn and Chey are EXACTLY one week apart. I shared my entire pregnancy with Bunmi because our due dates were exactly 3 weeks apart. We shared a lot of the same issues so it was fun to have a friend to complain to and share experiences with, after all misery loves company right?! So much similarities in our pregnancy, we were both given steroid shots, on the same meds, our baby showers were one week apart, our babies were born one week apart, in fact we discovered our waters broke at the same time, one week apart. WEIRD!! Tristyn was 3 weeks early so its crazy to see the size difference in the two of them. She is a full 3lb heavier. We hope they can continue to grow together. We plan on getting together once a month and taking a picture of them two of them together such as this one. It was nice to hang out with another set of new parents and Chev just adored Bunmi. We are looking forward to our next time we hang out.
Sunday, 06.29.08, woke up to find out the new trend on the streets is stealing Catalytic converters off of cars. Unfortunately we found out the hard way, Someone stole it off of hubby's truck...not happy!!!
I spent a lot of saturday and sunday sick, nice fevers and chills. Wasnt fun. Dr seems to think it possibly could have been caused by an infection in one of my milk ducts.
But on a positive side, were all good and healthy now.
p.s. I LOVE MY FAMILY!!!!!
